When can I expect my order?
The average delivery time is 5–8 business days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to save significantly on inventory and shipping costs, enabling us to offer our products at a lower price than many competitors.
The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, delays may occasionally occur during shipping. You can check the status of your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Haven’t received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders, and all shipments are sent via our trusted carrier.
I’m not satisfied with my order. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your order, and we’d like to make it right. Please send an email to support@hazelandgrace-toronto.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send your tracking code via email. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed after purchase.
