By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
1. General Provisions
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the Hazel and Grace Boutique webshop.
1.2 Hazel and Grace – Toronto is referred to as “the entrepreneur” throughout these terms.
1.3 The entrepreneur reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
2. Order and Agreement
2.1 An agreement is concluded once the customer has placed an order and the payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise stated.
2.2 The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of incorrect information, suspected fraud, or unreasonable requests.
Order Cancellation
2.3 The customer may cancel an order within 1 hour after placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or prepared for shipment.
In case of cancellation within this time frame, the customer will receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee, which covers administrative and processing costs.
2.4 Orders cannot be cancelled after 1 hour from the time of purchase. After this period, the order is considered final and falls under the return and refund policy described in Section 5.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment must be made in full and in advance using one of the payment methods offered on the website.
3.3 Hazel and Grace reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders already placed and paid.
3.4 Any additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, or bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
4.2 Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and external factors. Hazel and Grace is not liable for delays beyond its control.
4.3 Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment.
4.4 Hazel and Grace is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order, unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and labels intact.
5.3 Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
5.4 Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. These items may only be exchanged for store credit or an item of equal or lesser value.
5.5 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.6 All returns must be sent to our factory in Asia, at the address provided by customer service after approval of the return request.
5.7 A valid tracking number is required for all returns. Hazel and Grace is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5.8 Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected in perfect condition.
5.9 Refunds will be issued within 7 days after approval, using the original payment method.
6. Exclusions
6.1 For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

6.2 Returns may be refused if Hazel and Grace reasonably suspects misuse, damage, or abuse of the return policy.
7. Liability
7.1 Hazel and Grace is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products.
7.2 Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product in question, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Complaints and Customer Service
8.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the order via:

8.2 Hazel and Grace aims to respond to complaints within 7 business days.
8.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may seek resolution through an independent dispute body.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 Hazel and Grace processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR where applicable.
9.2 Customer data is used solely for order processing, customer service, and marketing purposes if consent is given.
9.3 Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Hazel and Grace and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Applicable Law
